- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 1/2 cups purple grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds, plus additional for garnish

Step 1In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients. Fold the mixture until well blended. Serve over red lettuce leaves. Garnish with toasted almonds. Makes 6 servings.
