This salad is very easy to make, and I always get rave reviews! It's a summer favorite, but we like it during the holidays, too.

Ingredients
- 2 cans mandarin oranges (small cans), drained
- 2 cans pineapple chiunks or tidbits, drained
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 3 cups mini marshmallows, or more!
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
How To Make 5 cup fruit salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Best if prepared day before, or morning. Cover and keep refrigerated! I add more marshmallowa sometimes because they absorb the sourcream, and "puff up". This recipe may be doubled easily. Also, fruit cocktail may be added.
