sweet down home chicken salad
This is an old southern recipe handed down for many gererations and I am sure there are many like it. Plain and simple easy to make but what makes mine set apart from others at a gathering is Dukes mayonaise. It truely makes a different taste. Makes a very good sandwich or party platter with crackers. I served at my daughters wedding as a pick up served in a tart. Very good served on sour dough bread.
