a fabulous salad to take to pot lucks. being sugar flour and wheat free isn't too much of a challenge for me anymore. with recipes like this one, i don't feel deprived.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked quiona
- 1 cup corn (grilled or roasted is best)
- 2 - links chicken sausage ( i like tj's spicy chicken sausage)
- 1 can black beans
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup finely choppped red onion
- 1/4 cup raisins, yellow
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
How To Make quiona salad

Step 1cook chicken sausage in olive oil. prepare quiona according to directions. cool chicken and quiona. cut chicken in small bite size pieces. mix all ingredients together. serve chilled.
