Ingredients
- 2 large baked chicken breasts diced in chunks
- 2 heaping tablespoons mayonaize
- 1heaping tablespoon salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 dash sage
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 small hand chopped onion and celery
- 2 dashes white pepper
- 1 large pineapple
How To Make pineapple chicken salad

Step 1Skin and Dice baked chicken breasts into large chunks and place in deep bowl

Step 2Mix in mayo and salad dressings

Step 3Add Dijon mustard

Step 4Add Pineapple chucks, onion and celery and sliced almonds

Step 5Season with sage and white pepper and mix

Step 6Cut large pineapple in half vertically and carve out center in a square. Place Chicken salad i nside.

Step 7Serve on an elongated plate with a berry or banana muffin and slices of Mellon and whole strawberry
