pineapple, cashew, grapes, and chicken salad
I went to a restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona and I had shared this Pineapple Salad with my husband. It was wonderful!

Ingredients
- 1 - pineapple cut in half insides out.
- 1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken cooked cut into squares
- - instead of that you can use1 1/2 cans chicken drained
- 1 cup mayonaise to moisten
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cranberries
- 1/4 cup mandarin oranges drained
- 1/2 cup cashews salted or almonds
- 1/4 cup pineapple drained
- 2 - green onions chopped small
- 1/4 cup diced celery small pieces
- 1/2 cup green or red grapes cut in half
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- - dash pepper, salt, tabasco
- - coconut sprinkles on top
How To Make pineapple, cashew, grapes, and chicken salad

Step 1Start with a pineapple the largest you can find. The one I found in Utah was pretty small.

Step 2Slice a pineapple in half. Cut out all the insides of the pineapple.

Step 3Take a bowl and put mayonaise, lemon juice, and sour cream and mix together. Put in the seasonings a dash of tabasco sauce optional.

Step 4Use1 1/2 cups of chicken or turkey and place in the bowl with mayonaise. Add the fruit, nuts, mandarins, and coconut. Mix together your done!
