Ingredients
- 3 fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup radishes, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- green leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
How To Make peachy chicken salad

Step 1Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss. Set aside.

Step 2Combine the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Pour over the chicken mixture; stir gently.

Step 3Serve on lettuce leaves; sprinkle with pecans. Garnish with peach slices if desired.
