Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp
    reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 c
    purchased deli-roasted (or rotisserie) chicken, chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded cabbage with carrol (pre-packed coleslaw mix)
  • 1 pkg
    3-oz. pkg. ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
  • 4 c
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 c
    toasted slivered almonds
  • ·
    thinly bias-sliced green onion

How to Make Orange Chicken Coleslaw Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce and water. Add chicken, coleslaw mix and crushed ramen noodles.
  2. Divide spinach among four plates. Top with chicken mixture and almonds. If desired, sprinkle with sliced green onion.
