I fix my Wife's lunch every day that she works. And she love my salads that I make her. They are kind of simple. But she love them. That's what counts.

Ingredients

  • 1
    hard boiled egg
  • 1/4
    head of lettuce
  • 1/3 c
    mixed nuts
  • 1/2 c
    grilled chicken
  • 1
    carrot, diced
  • 1
    rib of celery, diced.
  • 1/3 c
    shredded cheese,your choice
  • 1/4 c
    diced cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp
    bacon bits
  • ·
    hand full of croutons

How to Make My wifes lunch salad. By Bob W.

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large plastic bowl. (One you use for the lunch box.) Put in the lettuce, then diced carrot, celery, cucumber, mixed nuts, shredded cheese, bacon bits, and grilled chicken. top with croutons and your choice of salad dressing. mix and enjoy.. Some times I may make a few changes. Depends on what strikes me.
