Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups seedless green or red grapes, halved
- 1 cup pecan pieces (or nut of your choice)
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- - lettuce leaves
How To Make light chicken salad w/ honey-vanilla yogurt sauce

Step 1In a large bowl combine chicken, grapes and pecan pieces.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, honey, poppy seeds, white pepper and lime juice. Add to chicken mixture. Gently toss to coat.

Step 3To serve, line 6 plates with lettuce leaves. Top with chicken salad mixture.
