pecan, chopped

cranberries, dried

How to Make Homemade Crunchy Chicken Salad


  • 1Boil the chicken breast in the 4 cups of chicken broth about 20-30 mins, till tender.
  • 2drain, let cool and chop up.
  • 3combine with the rest of the ingredients...adjust to your taste.
  • 4refrigerate at least 1 hour...ENJOY with lettuce, crackers or bread.
