I got this recipe from My Fitness Pal. Healthy and good. Easy to make. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, shreadded (about 4 cups shredded)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 2/3 cup quartered or halved grapes
  • 2/3 cup plain 2% fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - add 1/3 cup dried cranberries before mixing to increase carbs and sweetness. add 1/2 cup chopped almonds or nut of choice to increast protein and healthy fats.
