roasted chicken, chopped

celery, chopped

water chestnuts, sliced and drained
2 c
red grapes, halved
2 oz
almonds, slivered
1 c
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp
curry powder
1 Tbsp
prepared mango chutney
salt to taste

  • 1Gently combine the chicken, water chestnuts, grapes and almonds in a large bowl.
  • 2Combine remaining ingredients for dressing and mix well. Add to chicken mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt to taste.
