Ingredients For crunchy chicken salad

  • 1/2 c
    salted peanurs, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 c
    chicken, cubed
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    red cooking wine
  • 2/3 c

How To Make crunchy chicken salad

  • 1
    To toast sesame seeds, spread in shallow pan. Place in 350 degrees oven for 8 minutes, stirring often. When cooled, combine with chicken and chopped onion. In a separate bowl, blend soy sauce, wine and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken mixture tossing thoroughly. Serve chilled on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
