Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted peanurs, chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 cups chicken, cubed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red cooking wine
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
How To Make crunchy chicken salad

Step 1To toast sesame seeds, spread in shallow pan. Place in 350 degrees oven for 8 minutes, stirring often. When cooled, combine with chicken and chopped onion. In a separate bowl, blend soy sauce, wine and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken mixture tossing thoroughly. Serve chilled on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
