Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1/2 c
    thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp
    minced green onions
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    crushed corn chips or potato chips

How to Make CRISP CHICKEN SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss together all ingredients except chips; Chill. Toss in chips when ready to serve. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with melon or strawberries. Makes 4 servings.
