Mom was forever watching her weight as we were growing up...way before WW, Atkins or any of the "new age" programs ;) It was fun to find this recipe written in her own handwritting! You will love these dressings, remember to "use the very best ingredients" says Grams circa 1935

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 tsp coarsed pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon french's mustard
  • 2 - green onions, including green part-sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced freshed parsley
