Cin's "Chicken Salad"
I love sprinkling crushed frito's, tortilla chips or even potato chips on the top.

1 can(s)(13 oz) premium chunk chicken breast meat (packed in water)
3 Tbspranch salad dressing
1 Tbsplemon juice
2boiled eggs (diced)
1/8 cpurple onion (rough chopped); i like the color but you could use chives if you
1/8 ccelery (diced); use the leaves too
1/8 cbread n butter pickles (diced)
2 Tbspbell pepper (diced)
1/4 tspwhite pepper
1 dash(es)sea salt
1 dash(es)garlic salt
1/4 tspdill weed mix (i use pampered chef)
1/2 tspdry mustard (ground double superfine)
How to Make Cin's "Chicken Salad"
- Mix all together. Serve on-or-with Crackers, bite size Tostito's, Frito's Scoops...etc.
Or make sandwiches on bread with cheese slices, lettuce and tomato.
I even like to use large lettuce leafs and wrap-roll up.
We like this served with Bush's Steakhouse Grilling Beans.....yummmmmmmmO
P.S. Sometimes I sneak in a little more chopped boiled egg (I love boiled eggs).
No...I don't put in the whole bowl!!!!

At times I grate an apple (usually a Granny Smith) and put in my chicken salads...also sometimes add in drided cranberries.
I love both Tuna and Chicken salads with fruit in them, it was a little trick my GrandMother taught me.
