Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup prepared chutney*
  • 6 tablespoons low-fat greek yogurt
  • - sea salt flavored melba toast rounds

How To Make chutney chicken salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl,combine chicken, raisins,pecans,green onions,and salt.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine chutney and yogurt. Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently to combine. Cover and chill up to three days. Serve on melba toast round or similar cracker.
  • Step 3
    I used Major Grey's Chutney
