  • 3 c
    chopped cooked chicken
  • 2/3 c
  • 1/3 c
    chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2/3 c
    prepared chutney*
  • 6 Tbsp
    low-fat greek yogurt
  • ·
    sea salt flavored melba toast rounds

How to Make Chutney Chicken Salad


  1. In a large bowl,combine chicken, raisins,pecans,green onions,and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chutney and yogurt. Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently to combine. Cover and chill up to three days. Serve on melba toast round or similar cracker.
  3. I used Major Grey's Chutney
