  • 1/3 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or oregano or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, medium, chopped
  • 1 - cucumber, medium, peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, ripe, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • Step 1
    whisk vinegar, oil, dill (or oregano), garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
