- 3 cups breast meat from a rotisserie chicken (or you can prepare your own chicken)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
- 2 - ribs celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 2-3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
