Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1-2 stalk celery
- 1/2 box golden raisins
- 1/2 pound seedless red grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- few dash salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can or 30oz. crushed pineapple
- 24 ounces mayonnaise
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1Boil Chicken Breasts until done. Let cool then shred. I use a food processor. for the chicken, celery and nuts. Also I quarter the grapes.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together and let set together overnight. The longer is sits the more it marinates the better it is.

Step 3Serve and enjoy. We like them on Crossants.
