this recipe was posted on a weight watcher site it sts 8 points plus or 6 without the bread although of course the points would be affected by the type of bread you use

roasted chicken breast chopped
1/2 c
diced celery
1/4 c
red onion diced, optional
1/2 c
dried cranberries
1/2 c
fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 c
shaved almonds
1/2 c
light mayonaise
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make chicken salad


  • 1For each sandwich, you will need a couple of leaves of Romaine lettuce, 2 slices of tomatoes and 2 slice of Nature's Own light white or light wheat bread.
