- 1--13 oz. can chunk white chicken breast (drained)
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley (i put fresh) your choice
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed (i put fresh) or dried your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1----8 ounce cream ceese (softened to room temp.)
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1Combine all, and Refrigerate before using. I think it taste better if you give the spices time to marry.

Step 2It is really good on croissants rolls. You can also double the recipe for a double batch if you serving them for a larger crowd.

Step 3These are really handy for lunches & parties. I also take them to families that are in bereavement. All they have to do is put them in the fridge and eat them when they feel like eating. This will also save longer because it doesn't have mayonnaise in them.
