Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 4 ounces grilled chicken
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup string beans
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, slivered
  • 2 - ry-krisp or wasa
  • 1 - swiss laughing cow light wedge
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • - flavored vinegar to taste (optional)
  • - fresh squeezed lemon juice to taste (optional)

How To Make chicken & cheese crunch salad

  • Step 1
    Top bowl of lettuce with chicken, cucumber, mushrooms, carrots, string beans, raisins & almonds. Spread a cheese wedge on the crackers & break them into pieces (creating "cheesy croutons). Drizzle oil over salad along with flavored vinegar or lemon and mix.
