Ingredients
- SALAD
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 cups salad greens torn into bite size pieces
- 2 - tomatoes cut into wedges
- 2 - hard cooked eggs sliced
- 3 ounces swiss cheese sliced
- 3 ounces ham cut into slices
- 1 medium chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 cup garlic croutons
- MUSTARD DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make chef's salad with creamy mustard dressing

Step 1SALAD; Cook bacon crisp and reserve 2 tbsp. bacon fat.

Step 2Crumble bacon and combine with greens, tomatoes, eggs, cheese, ham, chicken, and croutons. Serve wiyh mustard dressing.

Step 3MUSTARD DRESSING: Combine all ingredients and serve with chef's salad.

Step 4Use White vinegar if you use cider vinegar it will have a diffrant flavor all together.
