My daughter actually came up with this salad recently for her husband who eats very healthy but wanted something a little different. Now, we all eat this salad!! YUm-yum!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces grilled chicken breast, sliced into thin slices
  • 16 ounces mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup pre-mixed broccoli slaw
  • 1 can mexicorn, drained
  • 1 - 15 oz can bush's black beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mexican-style cheese
  • 1 cup tortilla strips for topping or garnish
  • 1/2 cup light ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup favorite bbq sauce

How To Make bbq chicken salad w/ bbq-ranch dressing

  • Step 1
    In a lg bowl, mix salad greens, broccoli slaw, corn and beans.
  • Step 2
    Top salad w/ chicken slices and sprinkle w/ cheese. In small bowl, whisk together dressing and BBQ sauce. Drizzle over salad.
  • Step 3
    Right before serving, top salad w/ tortilla strips.
