Ingredients
- 2 cups finely diced cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup 2% plain greek yogurt
- 1 medium avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - 2 dashes hot sauce, your favorite - we use jalapeno sauce
- 1-2 tablespoon lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
How To Make avocado chicken salad

Step 1Sauté’ chicken until done, set aside

Step 2Chop all vegetables

Step 3Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bow

Step 4Refrigerate until ready to serve

Step 5Split the chicken salad in half and serve on your favorite greens

Step 6Divide and sprinkle sliced almonds over both servings
