taco salad
I made Mexican last night for my family but since I'm dieting I didn't want all the fat and carbs in the meal I made them so I made mine into a salad. I did make mine using fat free ingredients and it was still great.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup fresh mexicorn
- 1/4 cup bleack beans rinsed and drained
- 1 - roma tomato, chopped
- 1/8 cup sweet red onion diced
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/8 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/8 cup red pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup taco meat (chicken,beef, or tvp)
- - salas, sourcream, guacamole,shredded cheddar cheese to taste

Step 1Layer lettuce, mexicorn, black bean,sliced ripe olives,tomato, peppers, taco meat, and additions. And enjoy.
