We were going on a cruise, so I started this diet,Feb.1991, and in March we cruised. I lost 10 lbs. prior to that;however I gained back 5 lbs. on the cruise. Now whenever my clothing gets too tight around the waist, I know this will work for me. Walking two or three times a week helps me to maintain my weight also, if I don't want to diet.
- first day: 1/2 grapefruit,1 slice toast, 2 tbs.peanut butter
- second day: 1 egg, 1 slice toast, 1/2 banana
- third day: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple
- firsst day: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice toast, coffee or tea
- second day: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
- third day: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.
- first day: 2 slices any type of meat (about 3 oz.), 1 cup string beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- second day: 2 weiners (hot dogs),1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana,1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
- third day: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/4 canteloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
BREAKFAST: BLACK COFFEE OR TEA

SALT AND PEPPER MAY BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONINGS.
