If you are worried about whats in your toothpaste you can make your own and then you will know what's in it. I have to admit I found this a tad salty, but it surely cleaned my teeth well. I used coconut oil in mine, it tasted nice.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt (finely ground)
  • 1
drop-peppermint, spearmint, sweet orange, coconut, or cinnamon bark essence oil

How to Make Easy Home Made Toothpaste

Step-by-Step

  1. I put the dry ingredients in my magic bullet to make sure it was finely ground. It worked perfect. Then I put it in a small dish and mixed the liquids.
  2. You should get a thick, smooth paste. It shouldn't be runny since it has to stay on your toothbrush.
  3. Dip the tooth brush in the paste and use it as you would use any toothpaste.
  4. Enjoy!
