  1. Eat two or more servings a day to relieve simtoms of gout or arthritis.
  2. Dried Bilberry can be made into a tea if perfered. By using 2 tablespoons of herb with 1 cup boiling water and steep 20 minutes. serve warn or cold and with or without sugar
