Calendula Oil for Dry Skin
For a moisturizing oil for face and body.
For Treating Dermatitis
Calendula oil may help heal dermatitis, especially for women who are undergoing radiation treatments for breast cancer, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. Women who used ointment containing calendula oil during radiation therapy experienced less severe dermatitis than women who used other remedies to prevent dermatitis. Though more research is needed, calendula oil may be useful for women with breast cancer whose radiation-caused dermatitis doesn't respond to other treatments.
