- 2 tablespoons dried summer savory
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried marjoram
- 2 tablespoons dried fennel seeds
How To Make herbes de provence mix (sallye)

Step 1Place all items in airtight quart jar, secure with lid and shake vigorously until all spices are well blended. May be stored in airtight container in pantry indefinitely

Step 2Note: Recipes using herbs de provence generally call for a bundle which can be made as follows: Cut approximately 6 inch square of cheesecloth Place 1 or 2 tablespoon of herb mixture in middle of cheesecloth Pull all edges up tightly and tie snugly with cooking twine
