How To Make canning times & pressures

Step 1Tomato Sauce: Water Bath Canning ~ leave 1/2 inch headspace Process Quarts: 45 Minutes Pints: 40 Minutes

Step 2Spaghetti Meat Sauce: Pressure Canning ~ 10 psi Leaving 1 inch headspace in jars. Pour 2-3 inches of water in canner. Vent steam for 10 minutes. Put weight in place and wait 5 minutes. Process quarts 1 hour 15 minutes.

Step 3Sloppy Joes Sauce: Pressure Canning ~ 10 psi Leaving 1 inch headspace in jars. Pour 2-3 inches of water in canner. Vent steam for 10 minutes. Put weight in place and wait 5 minutes. Process pints 1 hour 15 minutes.

Step 4Chili - No Beans: Pressure Canning ~ 10 psi Leaving 1 inch headspace in jars. Pour 2-3 inches of water in canner. Vent steam for 10 minutes. Put weight in place and wait 5 minutes. Process quarts 1 hour 30 minutes.

Step 5Ham & Bean Soup: Pressure Canning ~ 10 psi Leaving 1 inch headspace in jars. Pour 2-3 inches of water in canner. Vent steam for 10 minutes. Put weight in place and wait 5 minutes. Process quarts 1 hour 30 minutes.
