With this recipe you can add any kind of Essential oil or scent you wish. I a wonderful way to lightly scent your body with your favorite Perfumed oil, you can relieve pain with Peppermint essential oil, or Lemon essential oil is a nice scent on a hot day. Read the notes below before starting

  • 1 c
    coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
    vitamin e oil

  • 2-3
    drops of any essential oil
  • 2-3
    drops of any fragrance oil
  • 2-3
    drops any infused flower or herb oil

How to Make Whipped Coconut Oil Body Butter


  1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
    Note: Do not melt the coconut oil first. It will only whip up if it’s solid.

    Mix on high speed with a wire whisk or beaters for 10 minutes or until whipped into a light, airy consistency.

    Spoon the whipped coconut oil body butter into a glass jar and cover tightly.

    Store at room temperature, or in the refrigerator if your house is so warm it melts the oil.
  2. Note:

    Only use one of the optional choices or none of them.

    Whip longer if it seams to soft and keep in fridge if house is over 68 degrees.
