3 cyellow cornmeal

1 call purpose flour

3 Tbspbaking powder

2/3 ccooking oil

3 1/2 csoy milk
-
1/2 cnuts (seeds, millet optional)

2 Tbspcayenne pepper

1/2 cdried currants
How To Make summer suet

1Mix together the cornmeal, flour, and baking soda. Whisk in the oil and soy milk. Stir in nuts, cayenne, dried currants.

2Pour into an oiled 13x9x2" pan and bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into 6 suet feeder sized pieces. Suet can be stored in a freezer
