- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rye flour
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup powdered milk

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 cups chicken broth (low sodium or homemade
- FOR THE GLAZE
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
How To Make parmesan herb dog treats

Step 1In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add broth, oil, cheese, dry milk, and herbs. Gradually blend in the flours and cracked wheat. Add enough wheat flour to form a stiff dough.

Step 2Transfer to a floured surface and knead until smooth. Shape the dough into a ball and roll to 1/2 in. thick.

Step 3Cut out treats in desired shapes.

Step 4Place on ungreased baking sheets about 1/4 in. apart.
