THIS is a pain and swelling salve. It is amazing on mosquito bites, scrapes and cuts.
The thyme reduces swelling. the peppermint is an antibiotic, antiviral, antifungal, pain reliever.

  • 1/8 c
    sweet almond oil or olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp
    vit e
  • 4 oz
    cocoa butter
  • 3/4 tsp
    peppermint essential oil

How to Make Thyme Mint salve


  1. on warm place the oil and thyme. allow to cook on warm for 1 hour. then strain. keep liquid, set a side
  2. in microwave melt cocoa butter in 30 second increments until melted add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. pour into a salve jar.
    makes about 5 oz
