  • - enough fresh st johns wort flowers to fill the jar
  • - enough olive oil to fill the jar
  • 1 - vitamin e capsule

How To Make st john's wort sore muscle oil

  • Step 1
    Fill jar with flowers. Then fill with olive oil to cover flowers. Cover with lid and shake daily for 2 weeks. Strain out the flowers and add 1 vitamin e capsule to help preserve the oil. Use on sore muscles.
