Ingredients

  • 1 cup rose petals
  • 2 cups distilled water at boiling point
  • 2 small vitamin e capsules
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons coconut oil

How To Make rose petal moisturizer

  • Step 1
    Gently rinse rose petals in water to remove dust. Use organic roses in order to avoid pesticides. Place rose petals in a heat resistant bowl and pour 2 cups of boiling distilled water over the petals.
  • Step 2
    Cover the bowl and let petals and water sit for 20 mins. Pour rose water through strainer into a glass jar. You can keep the petals to add to your bath. Refrigerate the rosewater. Break 2 vitamin E. capsules and squeeze their contents into a small mixing bowl.
  • Step 3
    Add olive oil, honey, coconut oil and 4 tbsp. of the rosewater. Reserve extra rosewater in the refrigerator. Mix well and transfer to a container that has a lid. Apply rosepetal moisturizer to your face, neck, and decollect. Refrigerate when not in use.
