- 8 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- - vitamin of your choice, vitamin c, multi vitamins, probiotics, magnesium or whatever
How To Make homemade gummy vitamins

Step 1Over medium heat, whisk together the juice, honey and gelatin. Make sure they get fully combined, and then continue to warm the mixture until the gelatine dissolves completely - You're aiming for a thick syrup consistency.

Step 2Remove from heat and stir in the amount of vitamins per day called for in the liquid vitamins

Step 3Pour into your molds (or oiled dishes) quickly before it sets. Let set in freezer (apx 10 minutes.)
