Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • - vitamin of your choice, vitamin c, multi vitamins, probiotics, magnesium or whatever

How To Make homemade gummy vitamins

  • Step 1
    Over medium heat, whisk together the juice, honey and gelatin. Make sure they get fully combined, and then continue to warm the mixture until the gelatine dissolves completely - You're aiming for a thick syrup consistency.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat and stir in the amount of vitamins per day called for in the liquid vitamins
  • Step 3
    Pour into your molds (or oiled dishes) quickly before it sets. Let set in freezer (apx 10 minutes.)
