Ingredients For anti-itch peppermint lotion

  • 1/2 c
    rubbing alcohol
  • 1/2 c
    distilled water
  • 4
    drops peppermint essential oil

How To Make anti-itch peppermint lotion

    Pour the water and alcohol into a bottle, then add the oil. Cap and shake well. Apply to your skin with a clean cloth.

    Oil of eucalypus can be used in place of peppermint, if you prefer.
