These are a healthy version on meatloaves. The BBQ sauce and chili powder gives them a really nice bite!

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp
    favorite bbq sauce.
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 2/3 c
    quick-cooking oats
  • 2
    egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1 small
    diced onion.
  • 1/2 medium
    green bell pepper, chopped.
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Yummy BBQ turkey loaves

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In a lg bowl, combine 3 tbsp BBQ sauce and water. Add oats, egg whites,chili powder, worcestershires sauce and salt. Mix well. Add turkey , onion and bell pepper. Mix well. Form mix into 6 oval shaped meat loaves. Place loaves in pan. Bake 30 min. Spread remaining BBQ sauce over tops of loaves and bake 5 more mins.
