Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons favorite bbq sauce.
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 - egg whites, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 small diced onion.
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped.
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In a lg bowl, combine 3 tbsp BBQ sauce and water. Add oats, egg whites,chili powder, worcestershires sauce and salt. Mix well. Add turkey , onion and bell pepper. Mix well. Form mix into 6 oval shaped meat loaves. Place loaves in pan. Bake 30 min. Spread remaining BBQ sauce over tops of loaves and bake 5 more mins.
