white chili
I love this chili.. It is healthy. Please if you want you chili hotter feel free to add more serrano chile. I myself do not like hot.. I chop up extra and put it in a bowl on the side w/ extra, so if someone wants it hotter they can add some chiles. everyone loves this chili. I take it tailgating

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small white onion
- 1 package extra lean ground turkey
- 32 ounces chicken broth, low salt
- 1 can butter beans 15 1/2 ounces
- 1 can white beans 15 1/2 ounces
- 1/4 teaspoon serrano chile chopped very small
- 1 can 29 oz white hominy
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 package mozzarella cheese
- - cilantro chopped if desired for garnish
How To Make white chili

Step 1In large stock pot, heat oil, over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, saute until translucent about 10 min.

Step 2Add Turkey and stir untl turkey is crumbled and cooked throughly.

Step 3Add chicken broth, white beans, butter beans, hominy, chiles, cumin, salt and white pepper. Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce heat to a simmer for 15 min

Step 4Stir in heavy cream. Serve topped w/ cheese and cilantro.
