When I make pizza for the family I make this one for myself. actually it makes 2 and I keep one frozen for a meal for myself on a busy day.

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
- 6 tablespoons plus 2 tsp flour
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon brn sugar
- SAUCE AND TOPPINGS
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano or italian seasoning, dry
- 1/2 teaspoon parmesan cheese
- 1 ounce turkey pepperoni slices
- 1 1/2 ounces part skim mozzorella cheese, grated
- - sliced peppers, onions, hot peppers, any free veggie of your choice
How To Make weight watcher pizza

Step 1CRUST: combine yeast with 3 tablespoons warm water and sugar, let stand 2 minutes

Step 2add oil and stir in flour, combine until soft dough

Step 3cover and let rise 15 minutes

Step 4divide dough in half. spray two pie plates ( 9" ) and spread crust in bottoms ( I keep wetting hands with cold water to keep dough from sticking to my fingers

Step 5TOPPINGS In small bowl add garlic, parm cheese and spice to tomato sauce

Step 6divide equally between the two pizza's

Step 7lay out pepperoni's evenly among the two and the selected veggies

Step 8top each with the divided mozz cheese

Step 9at this point, cover and freeze one, and bake the other one as follows:

Step 10Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and getting golden

Step 11Each Pizza is 276 calories or 6 points remember to add extra cheese and meat to add the calories in
