When I make pizza for the family I make this one for myself. actually it makes 2 and I keep one frozen for a meal for myself on a busy day.

Ingredients

CRUST

1/2 tsp
dry yeast
6 Tbsp
plus 2 tsp flour
1 tsp
olive oil
1/2 tsp
brn sugar

SAUCE AND TOPPINGS

1/2 c
tomato sauce
1 tsp
jarred minced garlic
1/2 tsp
oregano or italian seasoning, dry
1/2 tsp
parmesan cheese
1 oz
turkey pepperoni slices
1 1/2 oz
part skim mozzorella cheese, grated
sliced peppers, onions, hot peppers, any free veggie of your choice

How to Make Weight Watcher Pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1CRUST:

    combine yeast with 3 tablespoons warm water and sugar, let stand 2 minutes
  • 2add oil and stir in flour, combine until soft dough
  • 3cover and let rise 15 minutes
  • 4divide dough in half. spray two pie plates ( 9" ) and spread crust in bottoms ( I keep wetting hands with cold water to keep dough from sticking to my fingers
  • 5TOPPINGS

    In small bowl add garlic, parm cheese and spice to tomato sauce
  • 6divide equally between the two pizza's
  • 7lay out pepperoni's evenly among the two and the selected veggies
  • 8top each with the divided mozz cheese
  • 9at this point, cover and freeze one, and bake the other one as follows:
  • 10Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and getting golden
  • 11Each Pizza is 276 calories or 6 points

    remember to add extra cheese and meat to add the calories in
