When I make pizza for the family I make this one for myself. actually it makes 2 and I keep one frozen for a meal for myself on a busy day.

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 6 tablespoons plus 2 tsp flour
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon brn sugar
  • SAUCE AND TOPPINGS
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano or italian seasoning, dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounce turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1 1/2 ounces part skim mozzorella cheese, grated
  • - sliced peppers, onions, hot peppers, any free veggie of your choice

How To Make weight watcher pizza

  • Step 1
    CRUST: combine yeast with 3 tablespoons warm water and sugar, let stand 2 minutes
  • Step 2
    add oil and stir in flour, combine until soft dough
  • Step 3
    cover and let rise 15 minutes
  • Step 4
    divide dough in half. spray two pie plates ( 9" ) and spread crust in bottoms ( I keep wetting hands with cold water to keep dough from sticking to my fingers
  • Step 5
    TOPPINGS In small bowl add garlic, parm cheese and spice to tomato sauce
  • Step 6
    divide equally between the two pizza's
  • Step 7
    lay out pepperoni's evenly among the two and the selected veggies
  • Step 8
    top each with the divided mozz cheese
  • Step 9
    at this point, cover and freeze one, and bake the other one as follows:

    Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and getting golden

    Each Pizza is 276 calories or 6 points remember to add extra cheese and meat to add the calories in
