Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced (sub garlic powder is fine)
- 2 - eggs
- 4 - pineapple rings (optional)
How To Make turkeyaki, or teriyaki turkey meatlof

Step 1Mix together all ingredients except pineapple. The meat should be a bit mushy but still hold together. Season as desired.

Step 2Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place meat in pan and form into a loaf. Press pineapple rings in to top of loaf.

Step 3Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, just until done. I use meat thermometer to check for temp of 165 degrees. Let sit for a few minutes before cutting.
