Ingredients

2 lb
ground turkey
1/2 c
seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 c
soy sauce, low sodium
3/4 c
brown sugar
1 clove
garlic, crushed and minced (sub garlic powder is fine)
2
eggs
4
pineapple rings (optional)

How to Make Turkeyaki, or Teriyaki Turkey Meatlof

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together all ingredients except pineapple. The meat should be a bit mushy but still hold together. Season as desired.
  • 2Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place meat in pan and form into a loaf. Press pineapple rings in to top of loaf.
  • 3Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, just until done. I use meat thermometer to check for temp of 165 degrees. Let sit for a few minutes before cutting.
