Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon fennel
- 1 can navy beans
- 1 can cannelini beans
- 1 can white hominy
- 2 cups chicken stock
How To Make turkey white bean chili

Step 1Brown the ground turkey in skillet mixing all spices in with it.

Step 2Once cooked, place in crock pot and pour in the chicken stock. Add each can of beans without draining.

Step 3Throw in a pinch of salt and pepper and let simmer in crock pot for 6 hours on low. If you're in a hurry to eat, place it all in a large pot and bring to a boil, once boiling drop back down to simmer and pour into bowl when ready to eat! TIP: CORNBREAD IS WONDERFUL WITH IT.
