Ingredients
- 1 can diced tomatoes w/ chiles, or jalapenos
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cups cooked, shredded turkey
- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 avocado, pitted
- 1/4 cup favorite salsa
- 2 tablespoons light sour cream
- 1 cup shredded roamine lettuce
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
How To Make turkey tostadas

Step 1In medium saucepan, over medium heat, bring tomatoes and the juices to a boil. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally until onions are soft.

Step 2Add turkey, cook 2 mins more. Heat oven to 375. Spray each tortilla w/ olive oil cooking spray on both sides. Place tortillas on cookie sheets. Bake, turning once, until crisp and browned.

Step 3Mash avocado in a bowl. Stir in salsa and sour cream. Spread each tostada w/ some avocado mix. Top w/ turkey, lettuce and cheese.
