Ingredients

  • 4 pounds tomatoes,seeded,chopped (about 8 large)
  • 3 medium green peppers,chopped
  • 2 cans (14-1/2oz)vegetable broth
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons beef bouillan granules
  • 2 cloves garlic-minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni

How To Make turkey tomato soup

  • Step 1
    in a large saucepan or dutch oven,combine the 1st 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;cover & simmer 2 hours. Stir in turkey & macaroni;heat through.
