1S & P turkey thighs and brown in skillet with a little olive oil. Put in crock pot. Then add the onions & carrots to same skillet and saute until a little brown. Add to to crockpot with frozen peas. Pour chicken broth over all and cook on high until it simmers. Turn crock pot to low and cook until meat is falling off the bone. Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or even rice.
2p.s. I thickened this with a slurry of cornstarch & water and let it simmer a little with the lid off the pot.
